Testing Information

10th and 11th grade students who are interested in taking PSAT/PreSAT can register for October testing. Any 11th grade students taking the October 2026 PSAT/PreSATs are eligible for programs administered by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

The PSAT/PreSAT will be given Tuesday October 27, 2026 and if needed, Wednesday October 28, 2026 for overflow.  The cost for the test is $18.00, payable by check or money order (no cash) made out to Keystone Central School District.

Only students can register using your school email. Students must then drop off their check at the attendance window. Registration closes at 3:30 PM on October 2, 2026 and students will not be able to test if payment is not received by this time.

Students will be notified by email about testing locations and a computer readiness check during WIN. 

 

SAT Testing 2026-2027

Central Mountain High School will be offering school day testing during the 2026-2027 school year. We will NOT be offering weekend/Saturday testing during the 2026-2027 school year at Central Mountain High School. There is registration information below for both School Day and Weekend Testing. Weekend testing will still occur at other schools.
 

SAT  - School Day Testing

SAT School Day Registration will begin September 11, 2026. The registration deadline for School Day testing and paying is October 2, 2026. (We have to submit the list to the College Board several weeks prior to testing). Fall School Day testing will be October 20, 2026 and if needed, October 21, 2026. 

Registration for School Day Testing - CMHS Students

Students can only register using your school email. Complete the form in the link below. Be sure to check the form for accuracy before submitting. The information students list is submitted to create the testing ticket. Incorrect information may result in students not being able to test and will result in students not being able to access their scores. Check or money order should be made payable to Keystone Central School District. The fee is $65. We can NOT accept cash. Checks or money orders can be turned in at the attendance window. SAT - Weekend Testing

SAT registration is open for the 2026-2027 testing year. Many colleges consider SAT scores as part of their holistic admission and placement decisions, and your score is a valid way to show what you've learned. Most juniors take their first SAT in the spring, and many take it again in the fall of their senior year to improve their score. It can help you keep your college options open, demonstrate your unique strengths, and even qualify for scholarships. College Board Weekend SAT information and registration can be found here.

Accommodations can only be made if approved by the College Board. IEP and 504 Plan accommodations cannot be utilized until they are approved by the College Board.
