Student driver and need a parking pass? Passes will be available starting Thursday, August 25th 2022 & Friday, August 26th 2022 from 9:00-11:00 am and then 1:00-3:00 pm both days. Located in the Main Office Lobby. Please make sure to have all the appropriate paper work with you. (Valid driver's license, registration, insurance card, & current PA inspection)
Any student who is under the age of 18 must have a valid working permit. The Working Permit Application is available in the Main Office. Parent signature and proof of age are required for the application. Forms for proof of age may include, birth certificate, drivers permit/license, passport or letter from family doctor. Both parent and student will need to bring this documentation to the High School in order to get a working permit. Please enter door #1 of the CMHS Main Office for assistance. The Student Assistance Program offers support to students who are struggling with attendance, academics, or behaviors. The goal of the program is to reduce barriers by connecting students to services. The School Climate Survey: Family obtains parent perceptions of school climate within the following five subscales: teaching and learning, school safety, interpersonal relationships, institutional environment, and parent involvement. This 21-item survey uses a 4-point rating scale (from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree). Parents, caregivers, or guardians of enrolled students complete the survey without training either on or off campus. The time to complete the survey is approximately 10-15 minutes.
